 DELIVERY

• Cuty aims to deliver your orders within the next day for all Doha & nearby locations and 1-3 business days Nationwide.
•  Our delivery schedule runs all weekdays from 9am to 9pm.
•  We offer a standard shipping option. Your orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address for a fixed delivery charge depend on location radius from our Muaither Cuty Warehouse:
  Up to 50KM from warehouse: Minimum order value 20QR with delivery charge 20QR
  
• Cuty delivers only local. Any order request with a shipping address located outside of the QATAR will not be fulfilled.
• Once your order has been packed and prepared, we will contact you by Whatsapp to let you know that your package is about to leave our warehouse, indicating the estimated arrival date of your package. 
• Customers can only pay Cash or Card (Wireless CCM Machine Is Available with driver upon request of the customer on checkout if CCM payment is chosen during checkout) 
• Customer must pay for driver before taking the products, customers cannot try or test a product before paying and its the driver responsibility to receive payment (card or cash) before giving the customer the order. 
•  We reserve the right to request the recipient to furnish a government-issued ID to validate their identity before releasing the order.
•  Any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from unforeseen events or force majeure.
